Refund Policy

Last updated: 10/2026

This page sets out the refund rules for VPNYF cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, covering the refund window, eligible and excluded cases, how to apply, payout routes, and the differences between payment methods. Please read it before ordering; submitting a refund request means you acknowledge the terms below.

A full no-questions refund can be requested within 14 days of your first payment.

Refund window and eligibility

The refund window is counted from your first payment: a full no-questions refund can be requested within 14 days of that first payment. The window starts at the moment the order is paid successfully and runs in consecutive calendar days; it is not extended because you have not signed in, have not downloaded a client, or have not started using the service, and it does not reset if you switch devices.

This commitment applies to monthly subscription orders and data pack orders paid through the user panel on this site. The full refund is calculated on the amount actually paid for the order; once the refund is complete, the subscription benefits tied to that order (remaining days and remaining data) stop at the same time.

If an account holds several active orders at once, a refund applies only to the order requested; the other orders keep running on their original schedule.

Non-refundable cases

The following cases are not eligible for a full no-questions refund:

  • orders outside the 14-day refund window;
  • accounts restricted or terminated for breaching the Terms of Service, for example reselling accounts, publicly sharing subscription credentials, or using the routes to run scans or attacks;
  • data packs attached to the order that have been fully used up;
  • orders placed again by an account that has already received a no-questions refund.

Beyond the cases above, if a subscription keeps failing to connect during use, open a ticket first so the issue can be diagnosed. If it is confirmed to be a problem on the route side and cannot be restored within a reasonable time, a refund can be arranged for the unused remainder.

How to apply and what to include

Refund requests are submitted inside the user panel, with no extra email back-and-forth. Sign in, open the ticket page, choose the refund category and create a new ticket. Accounts are registered with a username and password, no email address is required, and no email is needed when you request a refund.

Please include the following in the ticket so everything can be checked in one pass:

  • the username used at registration;
  • the order number and payment time;
  • the payment method (Alipay / WeChat / USDT);
  • the reason for the refund, briefly; no-questions refunds do not require proof.

If details are incomplete, a follow-up question will be posted in the same ticket and the processing time restarts from the date the information is completed. The refund outcome is also posted in the ticket, so please do not submit the request twice.

Payout timing and original-route refunds

Refunds always go back through the original payment route. They are not transferred to another account and the payout method cannot be changed. The refund amount is the amount actually paid for the order, and the order is closed at the same time the refund completes.

Payout timing depends on how far the payment channel has processed it: the refund is initiated after the ticket is confirmed, and the actual credit date is set by the channel. If the channel is slow, the refund reference in the ticket can be used to follow up.

How payment methods differ

All three payment methods are refunded to the original route; the differences are mainly in how the receiving address is verified. USDT refunds require a receiving address that matches the one used to pay: an on-chain transfer cannot be recalled once broadcast, losses caused by a wrong address cannot be recovered, and confirmation delays caused by network congestion depend on block confirmations. If a single order was paid in several instalments, each amount is returned to its original payment route separately.

Refund routes and notes for each payment method
Payment methodRefund routeNotes
AlipayReturned to the original paying accountIf the original account is closed or in an abnormal state, explain this in the ticket and help with verification
WeChat PayReturned to the original paying accountA receiving method that differs from the original paying account will not be accepted
USDTReturned to the original chain and addressOn-chain transfers cannot be reversed, so the receiving address must match the one used to pay

Term changes and dispute handling

This policy is updated as the service changes; after an update the version shown on this page applies, while completed orders follow the version in force when they were paid.

If you disagree with a refund outcome, you can ask for a review in the original ticket, attaching the order number and payment receipt; the review result is also posted in the ticket.

Refund matters are governed by this page; account rules are in the Terms of Service, data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, and plan and data pack tiers are listed under Pricing.
