Terms of Service

Last updated: 10/2026

This page sets out the scope of the VPNYF cross-border network acceleration subscription, the rules for accounts and subscriptions, acceptable use requirements, availability and liability limits, account termination, and how these terms may change. Registering an account or paying for a subscription means you have read and accept the terms below.

1. Service Scope

VPNYF provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription: users connect through the client to routes in different regions, forwarding network requests to overseas networks for everyday needs such as reaching international websites, using overseas SaaS and AI tools, and watching streaming services from other regions. Coverage currently spans 90+ countries and 210+ routes, split into IEPL dedicated lines, relay and direct connections; the exact region list is shown on the routes page and in the client.

Supported client platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Installers and subscription URLs are available after signing in to the user panel; this site does not offer direct installer downloads or subscription URLs on any marketing page.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. The three monthly tiers are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB, with traffic resetting each month on the activation date. One-off traffic packs that never expire are also available: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Payment options are Alipay / WeChat / USDT.

2. Account and Subscription Rules

Registration needs only a username and password — no email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe; any connection, order or configuration change made through the account counts as the account holder's own action.

There is no device limit: one account can be used on several devices at the same time. The subscription is for the account holder only and may not be resold, rented out, lent, split and sold, or shared with third parties — including by posting the subscription link publicly. Scripts may not be used to distribute subscription URLs in bulk, and the service may not be used to run a commercial proxy or acceleration resale business.

Users should keep their devices and client configurations secure. Traffic consumption and charges resulting from leaked credentials, a lost device or use by someone else are borne by the account holder.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws of the country where they registered and the country where the service is used, as well as the terms of any third-party service they access. The service is intended only for ordinary cross-border access and network acceleration, and may not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to infringing intellectual property, distributing illegal content, launching network attacks, accessing other people's systems without authorization, fraud or money laundering.

Users may not scan, stress test or reverse engineer the service's servers and routes, attempt to bypass traffic metering or subscription periods, or interfere in any way with route operation or other users' normal use.

Users bear full responsibility for any consequences of misuse, and must compensate VPNYF or third parties for losses caused by such misuse as required by law.

4. Service Availability and Liability Limits

VPNYF keeps routes and clients maintained and works to keep outage handling times short. Cross-border links are still affected by international gateways, carrier policies and restrictions on the destination sites themselves, so the service makes no guarantee of speed or latency at any particular moment, nor that a specific site will be reachable at all times. The number of regions, route types and client platforms may change as operations require; changes are announced in the user panel beforehand.

The service is not liable for indirect losses arising from adjustments or interruptions caused by force majeure, carrier outages, or applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount the user has actually paid for the affected subscription.

5. Account Termination

VPNYF may restrict, suspend or terminate an account, and reserves the right to pursue further action, in the following cases: registering with false information or impersonating someone else; reselling, renting out or publicly sharing an account or subscription; using the service for unlawful or abusive activity; scanning, stress testing or reverse engineering the servers, or bypassing billing limits; continuing to breach these terms after being warned.

Where an account is terminated for the reasons above, the remaining subscription period and unused traffic are not refunded. Users may also request closure of their own account; once closed, subscription records and client configurations cannot be restored, and a new registration is needed to use the service again.

Where a subscription ends early for reasons on the user's side (a device change, a different network environment, a mistake in operation and so on), the refund policy applies.

6. Changes to These Terms and Refunds

VPNYF may update these terms because of business changes, route changes or legal requirements. Updated versions are published on this page with the month of the last update and take effect on publication; changes affecting users' main rights are flagged in the user panel. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new version.

Refund terms are set out on a separate page: a full refund with no questions asked can be requested within 14 days of the first payment. The request process, refund timing and the cases where it does not apply are set out in the refund policy. Collection and handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

If you have questions about these terms or need to explain a special case, use the contact page; signed-in users can also open a ticket in the user panel so it stays with the account record.
