Route status

Below are reference route figures by region for the current session; latency and bandwidth are there for comparing route types. Real speed also depends on your local connection, the target service and the time of day.

Route status is a reference for picking a route only and is not a promise of availability. Every route in a subscription can be switched at any time, and switching never requires a new purchase.

Route preview

The table below picks six commonly used routes across four directions: North America, East Asia, Southeast Asia and Europe. The full list is grouped by region, covers 90+ countries / 210+ routes, and can be browsed route by route on the routes page.

Sample routes (full list on the routes page)
Country / Region City Route type Streaming Best for
United States Los Angeles IEPL dedicated Netflix / Disney+ AI tools, 4K streaming
Japan Tokyo Relay Netflix / YouTube Gaming, short video
Hong Kong Hong Kong IEPL dedicated YouTube Low-latency browsing and office work
Singapore Singapore Direct Netflix / Prime Video Southeast Asia operations, video calls
Germany Frankfurt Relay Netflix / HBO Max European site backends
Italy Milan Direct Netflix / DAZN Southern Europe e-commerce operations

How to pick a route

Start with where the target service sits. For US sites and AI tools, prefer the Los Angeles IEPL dedicated route — its separate channel fluctuates least at peak hours. For short video and games from Japan and Korea, the Tokyo relay gives a shorter round trip. The Hong Kong IEPL dedicated route has the shortest path to mainland China, which suits latency-sensitive work such as web browsing and admin panels. The Singapore direct route serves Southeast Asia operations and video calls, while Frankfurt and Milan cover EU site backends and Southern European e-commerce operations respectively.

On route types: IEPL dedicated routes run on a separate channel and do not compete with other traffic, which suits connections that stay up for hours. Relay routes hand off once on the cross-border leg, cost less, and are enough for everyday research and file transfers. Direct routes have the fewest hops and suit latency-sensitive single-target access. All three types ship side by side in one subscription and switch with a click in the client, so there is no need to buy a second subscription just to try routes.

What a subscription includes

One subscription covers four things: routes, encryption, devices and after-sales. They are laid out below in the order you actually use them — how encryption works, then peak hours, device count, AI and streaming scenarios, and finally refunds.

Quantum encryption

Subscription credentials, route scheduling instructions and your traffic all travel inside the same encrypted channel, and this service refers to that encryption layer as quantum encryption. Encryption is completed at both ends — the client and the exit node — while relay nodes in between only forward packets: they do not parse content, and they do not log what you browse or which sites you reach. Session keys rotate when you switch routes, and the same handshake applies on public Wi-Fi, hotel networks and shared office networks.

The encryption layer is identical on every plan and is never downgraded by data tier. The client shows only route names and connection status — the keys themselves are neither visible nor needed there.

Stable at peak hours

Peak-hour congestion mostly happens on the cross-border exit leg. This service offers IEPL dedicated, relay and direct routes side by side, and at peak hours it schedules traffic onto dedicated channels first so that not every session is squeezed onto one link. For 4K video, video calls or long downloads you can switch to a dedicated route by hand; for research and file transfers a relay route is enough.

Unlimited devices

One subscription covers unlimited devices: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux can all be signed in at the same time, so the desktop at home, the phone in your pocket and the tablet do not need separate purchases. Subscription details follow the account; on a new device you simply sign in and import the subscription again — no extra payment, and no per-device pricing.

AI tools and streaming

These two kinds of service ask different things of a route: AI tools need a stable long connection, streaming needs bandwidth and the right regional exit. This service prepares separate exits for common AI tools and for streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube, and the route list marks which scenario each one suits. For 4K, pick a dedicated or direct route with plenty of bandwidth; for long chats and code completion a relay route is enough.

14-day refund, no questions asked

A subscription is paid for before it is used, so the refund clause is written plainly: a 14-day refund, no questions asked. If the routes do not suit you within two weeks of activation, submit a request in the user panel and the money goes back to the original payment channel, with no reason required. The rule sits on the refund policy page, worded the same as on the plans page, and does not depend on a support agent explaining it.

Client downloads

Clients for all five platforms are obtained inside the user panel, and the subscription is imported in the same place. Installers and subscription addresses are not public — sign in and download for your platform.

All five platforms sign in with the same account and the subscription is imported once; on a new device, sign in again and the same subscription keeps working, with no separate payment for the new device.

Plans and pricing

Three monthly tiers differ by data allowance, with price and capacity printed on each card. Data resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-term upgrades are prorated by the remaining days.

How to choose: for occasional cross-border access, mostly research and email, the 60GB tier is enough; for daily video and AI tools, 250GB is roomier; for several devices online at home and frequent large downloads, go straight to 500GB. All three tiers upgrade at any time, with the difference prorated by the remaining days. For months with uneven usage, add a data pack: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB — use them up at your own pace, they never expire.

Why this service

There is no shortage of similar subscription services; the differences come down to five things: how routes are tiered, how billing is calculated, the sign-up barrier, how refunds work when something goes wrong, and how you can pay. Each is set out below for side-by-side comparison.

Route tiers, spelled out

The route list is grouped by region and type, with IEPL dedicated, relay and direct labelled separately, and each route marked with the scenarios it suits. When choosing, you do not have to guess which route is dedicated and which is an ordinary relay, or ask in a group chat what everyone else uses.

Billing rules in writing

Monthly plans reset data on the activation date each month, and mid-term upgrades are prorated by the remaining days; the rules are written on the plans page and in the terms rather than explained verbally by support. Data packs last until used up and never expire, so nothing is wasted at month end.

A low sign-up barrier

No email address is required — a username and password are enough, which skips the verification mail and the wait for a link to activate. After signing up you pick a plan, pay and collect the subscription in the user panel, all on one page.

Refund terms, stated plainly

A 14-day refund, no questions asked: the request form is in the user panel and the money returns to the original payment channel. The terms page spells it out in full, the plans page and the home page use the same short phrase, and the number matches in all three places, so a page never says one thing and support another.

Payment options covered

Alipay, WeChat and USDT are all accepted: the two common in mainland China work by scanning a code, and USDT covers cases where an overseas payment is needed. The subscription activates automatically once payment completes and data resets monthly on the activation date, with no manual review queue.

FAQ

Five of the most frequently asked questions are below; the full categorised Q&A is in the help centre.

How many devices can one subscription sign in at once?

Unlimited. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux can all sign in to the same account at the same time, so the desktop, laptop, phone and tablet at home do not need separate subscriptions; on a new device, sign in and import the subscription again and the same one keeps working.

What happens when the data runs out?

Two options: upgrade the monthly plan to a higher tier in the user panel, with the difference prorated by the remaining days; or buy a separate data pack — ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB — which lasts until used up, never expires and is not reset along with the monthly plan.

Do I need an email address to sign up?

No. No email address is needed — a username and password are enough, which skips the verification mail. Keep your username and password safe afterwards; the credentials are used only inside the user panel.

Can I get a refund if the routes do not suit me?

Yes. There is a 14-day refund, no questions asked: if the routes do not suit you within two weeks of activation, submit a request in the user panel and the money returns to the original payment channel, with no reason required.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat and USDT. The subscription activates automatically once payment completes and data resets monthly on the activation date; mid-term upgrades are prorated by the remaining days and need no new order.
